This exciting variation on our popular spelt bread has sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, rye flour, millet flour and brown rice flour for an extra blast of natural flavor.

Our spelt bread is known throughout The Northwest and beyond as the moistest, most flavorful spelt bread there is.  Spelt bread can be part of a diet that is low in wheat gluten, however people with allergies to wheat should check with their doctor before trying spelt.
