Moist and Delicious Potato Oat Bread
This is my favorite bread. Potato Oat Bread was born with the oat bran craze of the 1980s. This bread (originally called simply "Oat Bran") has survived Chia pets, "Where's the beef?" and the LOW CARB diet.
Now, it is still a favorite among those who never really believed it when they were told, "eat all the meat and bacon you want but don't you dare eat whole grains!"
Potato flour keeps it soft and moist, fiber from the bran of oats gives it superiour nutrition and sprouted wheat with just the right touch of honey and molasses gives it a complex, balanced flavor.
So go ahead, rise to the occasion, toast the morning and grab a slice of the good life all day long, it is the yeast you can do! (And yes... I am sure this bread will survive my stupid puns just like it survived spandex shorts and brick cell phones!)
